I guess I made this page so I can keep track of all the food I make for myself. Now you can make that shit too!! :D

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup of Greek yogourt (I use honey-flavored Greek Yogourt for this)
• A few tablespoons of Flax seeds

STEPS

1. Mix the yogourt and flax seeds together until mixed well
2. Wait for like a few minutes cos apparently if you wait the yogourt becomes thicker in viscosity
3. Now spoon that shit into your mouth
